Stage Gate 0-1 level of investment confidence was achieved through creation of design development plans, high level business case, revenue forecasting and CAPEX and OPEX cost analysis and revenue forecasts.
A comprehensive strategic investigation of a potential North Sea Energy Island Hub, utilising an emergent strategy for untested ecosystems. This academic study through the University of Strathclyde considered revenue opportunities with Holistic Network Design, Hydrogen Generation, offshore wind farm and interconnection hubs and ports and harbours opportunities. The study recommended a multi-business approach leveraging the HND opportunities and circular economy opportunities.
