WatchHill scope included providing consultancy support to a new market entrant IDNO to consider regulatory risks, business policies and procedures in line with electricity regulations and licence obligations. This included compliance assurance, risk mitigation and assessment of business operations under differing operational scenarios.

This scope included carrying out a strategic assessment and scenario planning process to formulate a strategy for the client, specifically around energy transition challenges and the declining market in north sea Oil and Gas services.
